Firing system1.Temperature control of firing system consists of several temperature control groups. 2.Each temperature control group divides into up and down two control units. 3.Each temperature control unit is composed of temperature controller, control valve driven by electric regulator, thermocouple and several burners. 4.Multiple burners system with small thermal power burners arranged zigzagged along the kiln body, to distribute the hot resource inside the kiln evenly and easy to adjust. 5.Alternatively along two sides of kiln and up and down staggered laid in one side and horizontally installed take the roller level as center; 6.The special designed burner pre-mix and pre-heat the fuel and air to make the burners jetting flames with horizontal jet flow, and the atmosphere inside kiln can be stirred thoroughly and mixed evenly to ensure the section temperature discrepancy in ±2°.
