kiln Chimney system

The fume is accumulated and discharged from the front of the kiln. The fume flows from the firing zone to the preheating zone with the temperature reducing step by step. During this process the tiles are conveyed conversely with the temperature rising simultaneously. In this way, it can make full use of the remaining heat and reduce the energy consumption.The chimney pipes are fixed in the front part of the kiln with several air suction opening. There are also cool air opening for proportioning in the main pipe. Equipping with the inverter and auto-adjusting valves，the whole system can be controlled automatically. The hot fume will become purified after disposing by special technique and it can be used for the dryer.
